How do I obtain a username and password? Complete the form located in the Welcome section. Client Services will send a username and temporary password. When logging in to the Client Portal for the first time to, you will be asked to change your password. |
How do I change my password? Passwords can be changed by going to the “Change Password” option on the left menu bar within the Client Portal. You will be asked to enter your current password and then to enter your new password twice. Click the “Save” button to save your changes. |
Is there training available on how to use the Client Portal? Yes. An online Training Tutorial has been developed to take you through the necessary steps to enter an order for a test, print a test requisition, print labels, view and electronically download test results, and change your password. |
The screens won’t advance and I am getting an error message. What could be wrong? Most likely this is due to pop-ups being disabled on your computer. To enable pop-ups select “Tools” in the menu bar of your internet browser (i.e., Windows Internet Explorer). Choose Pop-up blocker -> Pop up Blocker settings and mytbtest.com. If you continue to experience problems, please contact your local IT department. |
Can I print test requisitions from the Client Portal to my printer? Yes. You can print to any printer your computer is set-up to. |
Can I download test results to my computer? Yes. All test results are in a pdf file format. The pdf file can be saved to any location you choose. |
Can I print bar code labels? Yes. Bar code labels can be printed and the application requires the use of a Zebra 2844 printer. Please call Client Services at 1-877- 59 TBLAB for more information. |
Can I order a test through the Client Portal? Yes. To enter an order, choose “Order Samples” from the left menu bar within the Client Portal. To create a new patient, select the “Browse” button. Click the “Add Patient” button to enter patient information. Enter the patient’s Last Name, First Name, Sex, and Date of Birth. Enter the patient’s ID in the Patient ID 2 field. Click the “Additional Information” button on the right to enter clinical information and hit “Save” when finished. Next you will choose the “Provider”, “Draw Location” and “Items to Order” (TB) and click “Next” to continue. The next screen will allow you to verify the details of the order. Can I print a test requisition to accompany the specimen after I order it? Yes. After the order is verified and saved, the next screen will give you the option to print the test requisition. To do so, hit the “Requisition” button. For additional information, please refer to the Training Tutorial. |

How do I print a test result report? To print a test result report, click on the “Completed Results” button within the Client Portal. You have the option to print individual reports or all reports by a specific date or patient. For additional information, please refer to the Training Tutorial. |

How do I log out of the Client Portal? There are two ways to log out. Either click the “Sign Out” link within the Client Portal or close the web browser. |
Is there a “time-out” feature on the Client Portal? Yes. For security purposes the Client Portal will “time-out” after 15 minutes of inactivity. You will need to reenter your username and password to re-access the Client Portal. |
